With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Abigail Butterfield is a highly skilled nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry, mental health, and addiction management. Dual-certified in adult-geriatric care and psychiatric mental health, Abigail brings a well-rounded approach to treating both physical and emotional wellness needs.
She provides compassionate, personalized care for patients experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, postpartum anxiety and depression, and binge eating disorder. Abigail also offers specialized support for individuals living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, and MCAS, bringing both clinical expertise and personal understanding to her care.

Jaylen Payne is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. He provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy-informed treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
His clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, and complex mood concerns. Known for his calm presence and clear communication style, Jaylen integrates CBT and DBT principles into care to support emotional regulation, practical skill-building, and long-term mental wellness.
